Yeah, so I saw a lot of movies this weekend.

Elizabeth: The Golden Age - Mediocre, at best. Slow and dragged on. Shorten it to 2 hours and it's golden. It's not, so it fails.

Michael Clayton - Amazing. Everything about it is awesome. However, it's VERY complex and mind bending. You have to think, so be prepared. I still feel like I'm missing key details of exactly what happened. Gotta see it again.

Across the Universe - Perfect is one word that comes to mind. It just works. And, contrary to many people I bet, the movie is best viewed sober. Trust me.

Taken is ****ing awesome. I loved that movie, after i watched it, i rewatched it immediately. I wasnt expecting it to be like 24. haha When Liam finds Marco and goes, i told you on the phone i would find you. That part was just bad ass.

Anyways, i watched, She's not that into you. Yes, its a chick flick from hell, but it has Scarlett, Aninston, Jennifer Connely, Drew Barrymore and the chick from Big Love. So i had to watch it. I will watch chick flicks for hot chicks.

Anyways, it was pretty decent, plus i love Scarlett. she's smokin

Hell, even for younger girls. My friends and her daughters 6-7 love that shit. They held me down to watch it and i coudlnt go anywhere! lol j/k. I watched, i said what the hell and, yes, its relaly bad.

Twilight is quite possibly thee dumbest Vampire premise I've ever come across.

That movie made 'Queen of the Damned' look like Masterpiece Theater.

I've seen Equilibrium, Taken, and Let the Right One In lately.

For me, it goes like this - Equilibrium, Let the Right One In .......................... Taken.

I was not too pleased with LTROI and Taken.

the popularity of Twighlight frightens me. That movie had the worst acting, the worst rushed plot ever. It was really gay and how could anyone have liked it? I don't get it at all. I mean, come on. I guess if nascar and solja boy can be popular than anything is possible, I guess when it comes down to it, Americans are getting dumber year after year.

My understanding is that it comes from a series of books in the same kind of vein as "Harry Potter"?

I never read any Harry Potter books, but I was at least entertained by the movies. It wasn't great for me, but I would imagine you would have to be a big fan of Harry Potter to think it was. But at least I could enjoy watching those movies, but Twighlight was horrendus in every way.

haha, And my firend and her daughters loved Queen of the Damned as well. haha
