It's nothing of the sort.

Alex Smith and Sean Smith create misery. I hate that. I hate them. Just as I hated Cassel, Routt, Bartee, Bono, Elliot, etc.

I loathe them, because I know they're going to ultimately spell doom for the players I actually like.

I'm fed up with that shit. And the sad thing is we're just going to hand them starting jobs.

It's sad this franchise doesn't learn from mistakes. It doesn't matter who is running the FO, it's that same rinse repeat we've gotten for so long

The reason I think this is different is they haven't given him a new contract I could care less what they gave up for him. They're gona draft their franchise QB soon. They won't have Alex for the next 5 years and not draft a QB like DV and others. Alex was their best option to win now

i'm not draft expert (duh). and i totally agree with this statement. seriously, who else was there in free agency (was there even a true stop gap qb this year)?

also agree with the extention idea. it there hasn't been one yet, you have to tend to believe (or hope) that that's what alex is, is just a stop gap. and that we are going to go with a qb.

sure, true fan, whatever light me up. don't care. just trying to hold on to some optimistic dream.

Why don't you lump Trent Green in the list of QBs the Chiefs have acquired?
