I'll give comeback player of the year to AP.
Manning gets my MVP. There is NO WAY the RB position is MORE valuable than the QB position. AP won't even get his team into the playoffs... whereas Manning may take a mediocre Broncos team deep into the playoffs if not the superbowl.

That "mediocre" Bronco team won 8 games with Tim TeBow at QB.

Their defense came on in the middle of the season last year, and have only improved, and their receivers have some talent.

Manning is tapping into that talent, and the defense gets a chance to really play to their strength.
