Final Fantasy VII REMAKE

Yep. This is real. No word on release date - probably a while from now.

I loved 9. It was a nice departure from 7 & 8 and I liked the return to the 4 player party.

This.

Whenever I think about "Final Fantasy" I imagine this music with little stumpy characters raising their hands:

7 was the last one I really got into.

What the **** is a gun blade anyway?

I am hoping somebody I know buys this, but no way I'm devoting another 100 hours of my life to this.

Final Fantasy 7 is the only one i could ever get into. I tried others (can't remember which) and they just didn't do it for me. I felt like none of them could capture the magic of FF7....but i think that has more to do with my age....i was completely in awe of that game back when i was a kid.

I want to be excited, but can it evoke the emotion of FF7? Doubt it.

7 8 and 10 were all masterful in my opinion. I'm beyond stoked for this 7 remake. I hope they don't stray to far from the original. I'm gonna be pissed if they **** with the combat system

I played one FF game and don't even remember the number. Didn't finish it either. Was a jumbled mess of a story with male characters that looked like women and a bunch of ridiculously giant swords.

I don't remember which ones I tried but there were two FF games and I could not get into either one of them. ONe of them was a multidisk game for the original PS.

FFX rivaled VII in that it was better than 8 and 9.

Blitzball was annoying, but what would an RPG be without some kind of annoying factor?

Final Fantasy VII REMAKE

FFX had characters that rivaled FFVII, in my opinion. Tidus>Cloud although Tifa (my boo), Barrett, Red XIII, Vincent Valentine, and Sephiroth>>Yuna, Auron, Kimahri, and Sin.

Better graphics and fighting system although I'll give the score to FFVII, no doubt.

The story was actually pretty cool for both. I couldn't choose which I like best but I'm leaning toward FFX.

.. And blitz ball may have been gay but you can't tell me chocobo racing wasn't some bullshit.
