Interesting study on Patriots fumbling post 2007 rules change

Interesting study on Patriots fumbling post 2007 rules change. Its states that since 2007...their decline in fumbles has a 1 in 5000 chance of happening...or 0.0001711874%. They were around NFL average before being allowed to provide their own balls.

I have always admired the efficiency that NE played with...now I'm starting to second guess them...and the authenticity of Belichick's brilliance. It states that the team that wins the turnover battle has a 79% chance of victory.

I think Brady is a great QB...but if you couple that with rarely fumbling...your chance of victory grows immensely.

Yep! Thoroughly here and by other statistical experts too. Now's the time to question all the wins by the Patriots as invalid. It's called a witch hunting.

Well the counter article you posted states..that NE RB's fumble the least in the NFL since 2007...unless that doesn't matter. Not sure how that qualifies as "debunked".

Well...you're a brilliant man like the majority of poster's here. Teach me on the finer inner-workings of the life experience/human condition. Maybe we can discuss existential philosophy...what's your take on Carl Jung?.

Why should it? There HAS to be a team with the least. And seeing as RBs that fumble are quickly benched or cut and that they've never had a workhorse RB, it makes sense that the Patriots would be one of or the lowest fumbling teams in the NFL.

It doesn't say the study is true.
It just says it is interesting.

Jung created some of the best known psychological concepts, including the archetype, the collective unconscious, the complex, and extraversion and introversion. He was a great guy imo

Well, when that coincides with the recent discovery that they are deliberately deflating footballs...and the drop-off happens the season after they specifically spear-headed a rule change... allowing them access to said footballs...it takes more precedence. It's not just a one part story here. They have a history of skirting the rules also...

If you think about what you just posted...obviously Belichick takes fumbling serious. Add to that having more backs handling the football..with different running styles...but with the same result. THEN you couple that with NE's use of questionable formations last season...which are now ruled illegal..shows an ongoing drive to finding a competitive advantage thru loopholes. They are manipulators..

I can take this even step further..and analyze Pioli..who came from this organization. The "patriot" way...we all saw first hand what dysfunction that culture produced..then look at Josh McDaniels. Amazing how the tree has produced such douchebags when they leave. Pioli was a total fraud....I'm not saying he is responsible...but the Falcons just got busted for pumping in crowd noise. Chaos seems to follow these dudes..

I wasn't a Patriot hater either...I am now. I see what they really are doing.
