One of those games being against a team that just won the BBall NC so they obviously have been busy doing other things.
How many do you think you would have been favored in if you had kept your last coach?

The SEC has been the best to this point no doubt.

But the addition of MU and Texas A&M has definitely watered down their football pedigree.

Texass generates 44% more AD revenue than the next closest team in the Big 12 (SEC has five schools over $100MM, but are within $20MM of each other). It generates over twice as much third tier revenue from its network than anyone else in the conference does on third tier (SEC is set to share proceeds from its billion dollar SEC Network). The state of Texass is by far the biggest supplier of football players to the conference (Florida and Georgia provide more talent to the SEC than Alabama). Of the Big 12's bowl tie-ins, half are located in Texass (one SEC bowl is located in Alabama and it is the worst one).

The disparity between Texass and the rest of the Big 12 is as big as the grand canyon. There is no one in the SEC that holds that much dominance over the rest of the conference.
Such a red herring. Texas and Ohio St. are grand canyons compared to everyone else. OU is on par with the upper SEC teams, your making a false comparison. I agree the SEC has more teams there, however.

In other news, Mizzou accepted the Border War trophy today.

Solid showing by ku this year. They only lost 32 to 8. This is Mizzou's sixth consecutive year to win the series.

Maybe ku should start up a series with Emporia State next year? That might even the odds a bit.

Thus no single school gets to swing its dick around and make the rest swing from it.

The comparison isn't to everyone else Mr. Strawman. Texass lords over the Big 12 in every single facet much more than Ohio State does in the Big Ten and any school does in the SEC. That was the original argument.

Go re-read the conversation. I laid the facts out so perfectly that even you should be able to follow them.

KU stopped scheduling Emporia State in baseball years ago after the Hornets beat them down. In Lawrence.

They should have just made a stock photo of this years ago so they wouldn't have had to retake it every year.

I think they'll rest easy bringing in a team currently sitting with a top 16 recruiting class in football. Bringing a conference basketball and baseball championship along for the ride is just gravy.
