That makes me hungry. The Boss looks good. A lot of them look good.
They're opening an In n Out Burger a couple of miles from me and I'm curious to try theirs. I've never had one. |

It's a fast food hamburger. If you end up thinking it's something special, you've been marked.

I used to grill Persian Kabobs once every year in the middle of February. Right in the middle of the snow. It was my personal tradition and my way to show the finger to Mama Nature. This year though we've had mostly a Spring-like February which took my incentive away.

Get that crap out of here, Frankie. How could you be any more unAmerican than posting some other crappy goat meat on a cheeseburger thread?

At long last we finally get our answer to Big Daddy's infamous "What do Terrorists Eat?" inquiry.

I like a good mushroom swiss.
Mushrooms sauteed in butter & worcherecchhehr. And a garlic bread bun. Superb. |

Goat meat is actually pretty good.... in the right curry sauce at least...
But dammit... let's get back to burgers...

little sisters, oldmans recipe. Stuffed Farmhouse Burgers by jcharlson on August 20, 2010 in Food & Nutrition,Recipes,Sandwiches and Burgers Keith has been experimenting with recipes in the kitchen again, coming up with some new things for our members to sample, and I believe we have a winner, Stuffed Farmhouse Burgers. These can be made with either beef or pork but today he built two pork versions using pizza cheese curds in one and garlic cheese curds in another. To start, weigh the ground beef or pork (sausage is even good) into 3 oz portions and form into patties. Make sure the patties are the same thickness all the way across. Top each patty with 1 oz of cheese curds (or any cheese that you like). Add a second patty onto the first and seal the two together all the way around. Season the patties with salt, pepper, and garlic, or whatever seasoning you prefer. These can be cooked on an outside grill or on a flat top inside. Keith cooked ours inside and I was being very impatient waiting for the food to hit the table. He does recommend cooking them slowly so the center can get done to your liking. Once these guys hit the table the troops come running.

Patrick Warburton doing the voice on that site. It's no Seinfeld set, but it pays the bills.
