As a veteran of many such outings when I was single, I don't understand why a married man would want to go to a strip club.

I am not in a relationship atm, but when i am in one, if the girl wants to go to one. I dont mind 1 bit. The only thing i say, is don't cheat physically. Everyone dreams and wonders about stuff its part of life. Sometimes your mind wanders into left field it happens. Just dont let it go into the physical world. Hell, when i was a bit younger my bro in law and i used to always go. My sister didnt even care.

mine doesn't care; so long as I tell her prior etc. Granted, I've probably been 5 times in my life so when/if I go it's a rare occassion.

I suspect if I was asking her4 times a month.....she may change her tune.

She's cool, nonetheless.

It's not supposed to be that way. Who wants to be married under those circumstances? Anybody can have a productive relationship with their spouses and want to go home without bickering.

A strip club has nothing to offer for me.

We went together a couple of times so she could see what it was like because she had never been....Afterwards, she said I could go back alone or with her again she didn't have a problem with it.

She actually told me she would drop me off while she went shopping and come back and get me when she was done. Haven't taken her up on it yet though. I don't mind her coming with cause she dosen't mind If I get a lap dance. So no biggie. I have an awesome wife

Ditto. No desire to go to them. That being said:

My wife wouldn't care if I went to one for Bachelor parties and such or if they had strippers at such a party (though the last time I went to one with strippers, I wasn't much fun because I started raising hell when the groom was considering getting "special services" from the stripper, then when everyone else started pooling money to get special services and I realized they were basically all about to gangbang a hooker, which I thought was a very bad idea). If I was just headed to the strip club on a random Friday night, though, I doubt she would be thrilled.

I haven't been to one in over a year... during a stay in Vegas. Back in my single days, I spent too much time and more money than I care to recall at strip clubs. It was fun, but I have too much going on now to deal with strip clubs.

My wife wouldn't like it if I went on a normal basis now and I understand why. I don't have a need to go and don't have the urge to go. If there is a bachelor party or something like that, she knows a trip to the club is likely in store, but it's not a big deal.

If I need time to vent or just get away to have a few beers with the guys, she doesn't mind. And, I'd much rather just meet up with folks at a pub and have a few beers over a game of pool or something now anyway.

I had a lot of fun at strip clubs back in the day, but I don't have a need for it now.

I really don't understand how so many people are conditioned to believe that constant bickering and fighting in a relationship is normal and acceptable. That concept more than any other is responsible for the rising divorce rate in my mind.
