Kiffin fires Rob Ryan and may hire Kiffin Sr from TB
Rob Ryan will be officially out as defensive coordinator sometime this week, free to accept the same position with the New York Jets.
There has been considerable speculation that Kiffin will make every effort to hire his father, Monte Kiffin, as the team's next defensive coordinator. It makes perfect sense.
