We need three QBs. If they keep Cassel that still leaves two. They will draft one and probably sign the third via free agency. Cassel won't be the starter, and maybe not 2nd string. No need to panic here.

I hope his ego is big enough where he refuses because it just means we'll tell him to GTFO, which is what we all want in the end.

I wouldn't mind him as a backup(I mean if it came down to it I wouldn't, but it's not my preference - though we do need a vet backup)...but not for anything more than $1-2M a year.
