gall blader taken out
A couple weeks ago my side started hurting. About 4 out of the 10 pain scale on my right side. Naturally i thought it was my liver since i down a bottle of nyquil a night along with jack danials. Well then i noticed it happened only after a bottle of nyquil and some fast food. Went to the old doctor today and he pressed right on my gall bladder and of course i jumped up with my nightie on in pain sending my wang flailing around. I also gave blood today and almost passed out. See when i was 13 a rookie nurse took a blood sample and decided to use my vein as a super soaker 9000 and squirted it all over the place. Man I was so nervous it has been like 10 years since i have been to a doctor I am 222 (218) with my shoes off. I walk all the time (Slag sees me all the time walking) anyway anyone have thier gallbladder removed I think thats what the problem is because I have ate so many bags of cheetos hot fries i am now paying the price.

So now at work i am on the injured list probable to doubtful. Mel Kiper said this was the risk they had choosing me was that i was going to have gallbladder troubles.

i am hoping thats all that it is. I just hope i don't miss to much work. It would be a bitch missing a week and coming back

Don't worry, you won't miss anything. Right after the operation you'll wonder why the hell you did it in the first place. But, the pain will go away within 24 hours, and you'll be happy as hell you did it.

Hopefully i can eat pretty close to whatever i want. I saw where fatty foods make it hurt and i had a tough time because even stuff like chicken had some like 5 grams of fat

That'll be the last thing to come back too. You'll have to start out with sugars and starches, then proteins and then the fats. You can eat them before, but from what I've heard by people who have gotten it done, you'll regret it.

But even if it takes 2 weeks (which I don't think it does), that's little to no time in the grand scheme of things. I also don't know if alcohol is kosher while recovering, most alcohol gets absorbed through the stomach, but I would still be nervous.

I was told to not eat any fatty/greasy foods afterwards, but I never really did. For a couple of years I was a vegan and although I was a major drinker- I ate a fairly well diet with lots of fruits and veggies.

I don't eat as well as I should now and I've eaten plenty of junk food since the op and have felt no ill affects. Of course, I've gained 40 pounds since the operation, and my body odor seems to invite dogs, and I have some weird terrapin green growth on the side of my neck, and I've seen faces of God in my cereal, but other than that everything seems fine.

Well if you just cleansed those organs every now and again, you'd not only save your gall bladder but you could still have some alcohol now and again.
You can even get gallstones out without any surgery.

Yes you do, but it's just good routine maintenance to cleanse your kidneys ( yes you can even get those stones out naturally), liver, gallbladder and colon, every now and again....I got 800 gall stones out my first cleanse and I wasn't having any problems with my gb either.

This is true to a point. My friends grandpa had one so big it wouldn't have passed at all. You may be able to get rid of them if the situation hasn't gotten bad enough yet, but if he's complaining of the side pain he is, I doubt natural methods will work at this point.

Yes but not necessarily.
I know some that got huge ones out.
My gf has an herbal shop and her Mom had to have gb surgery. She did the cleanse, saved them in a jar and brought them to the doctor who refused to believe these could come out, at first, using mainly olive oil & grapefruit juice with a few other lesser substances ( to keep things clean etc).

Her surgery was called off.

Best to do preventatively, to stay in top health...granted if you let it go too long it can be too late. But large ones can and do come out.
