Help me value a trade

A guy in my league has the following roster:

QB - Brees
RB - McCoy
RB - Sproles
WR/RB - Brian Hartline
WR - Demaryius Thomas
WR - Brandon LaFell
TE - Jimmy Graham
DST - 49rs
K - Crosby
Bnch - RGIII
Bnch - Lance Moore
Bnch - Flacco
Bnch - Seahawks
Bnch - James Jones
Bnch - Daniel Thomas
Bnch - Bilal Powell

And this is mine:

QB - Romo
RB - MJD
RB - Charles
WR/RB - Ridley
WR - Austin
WR - Denarious Moore
TE - Pitta
DST - Cowboys
K - Gould
Bnch - Nicks
Bnch - Doug Martin
Bnch - Crabtree
Bnch - Alex Smith
Bnch - Pierre Thomas
Bnch - Steelers
Bnch - Martellus Bennet

I'd really like to upgrade Romo without giving up TOO much, and to me, he could really use an upgrade of his WR or RB. Wht do you think it would take for me to get RGIII when he already has Brees and Flacco to backup?

I inquired already with no names offered, but wanted to get a feel what the asking price consensus might be. I'd thought maybe something like Austin. Most teams would obviously say hell no to that, but when RGIII is already backing up Brees I am hoping I can get a good deal.

Would RGIII for Ridley just be an insult? I'd rather not give up Charles or MJD if I can get away with it since he is log jammed at QB and is starting daniel thomas as of right now and clearly could use another starting RB.

He is in my division though, andI already bear him once, so I'm not even sure he will deal with me at all.

He'd be a fool to part with RGIII for that cheap.

Heh, he e-mailed me just a bit ago saying he was just looking at all those QBs on his team as well, but thinks RGIII will be a keeper for him, so he wanted to try to move Flacco for Charles. I said no thanks.

Interesting question for him will be if he would be willing to use 2 of his 3 keeper spots this year on Brees and RGIII when we only play one QB.
If he would come back with RGIII for MJD or Charles I'd probably do that, but would still hate to lose them to a guy that just has an overload of 3 players for 1 position. He has sproles, so maybe a package of Ridley and Sproles' handcuff of Peirre Thomas with maybe Romo, in exchange for RGIII, and whatever he wanted to get rid of. Then he could still trade Flacco/Romo still and use the other as his backup.
