FA will go on as it is now until the end of the NFL regular season. At some point, we'll 1) enforce a 53 man roster limit and 2) add free agents that were not on an NFL roster on opening day. We will have a final round of free agency under these conditions before the simulation season starts. FA will not be active during the simulation season and rosters will be frozen.
