Sony Xplod car stereo-anyone have one?

The Mrs. has one of these in her car, and one cluster of the buttons has mysteriously stopped working. My son was jacking around with the remote control for it about the same time it screwed up, so I'm assuming he may have locked it somehow?

The stereo was already in the car when we bought it, so of course I have no manual for it. If anyone has one of these and can give me some insight as to what the problem may be, it would be greatly appreciated because I'm clueless about it.
