Poor Vernon Davis. He’s probably like “**** it I’m retiring”

I can relate to the Skins fans. I felt that way when we traded for Smith as well.
At first, a 2 was too much. Then we found out it was two 2nd round picks and I saw smoke blowing out of my ears. Kind of strange to be on the other side of a trade like this. Kind of nice. |

A real nice deal by Veach. We don't have a 1st round pick, but he gets an established CB who some would consider a 1st round talent, picks up a 3rd rounder and clears a bunch of cap space. A nice move to position this team to compete next year, and not have to waste a year or two restructuring the team.

The hilarity of today is that I’ve seen this before. This is now the place to be. I think the Chiefs did much better than the 49ers did mostly because Kaepernick was always trash and Mahomes looks to be a monster. But the reactions here were the same as they were on the 49er board. Comical to say the least.

I could see the Skins backing out if they hadn't agreed to the $94M deal. That's going to make it essentially a pipe dream for Skins fans.

and what made it even worse was that one of them was like a 2.1 and the other was decent too but losing that 2.1 was just so stupid
