It's a NY/NJ/PA ONLY breakfast meat. very addicting and I highly recommend it to harden your arteries.

Taylor ham is the common name for pork roll, a food developed by John Taylor of Trenton, New Jersey, late in the 19th century.

Maybe Middletown, NJ is the dividing line?
