Any of you people getting the phone call from a fake security firm trying to get you to turn on your computer to give them remote access so they can steal your shit ?

I got one today, my wife has had maybe 10 in the last month. But I handle it differently than she does. By the time I was done with them they were furious and telling me they were going to **** my mom and my sister and my brother.

I told them they were sick mother ****ers because my moms dead, my sister weighs 400 pounds and my brother isn't a homo but I guess you are. I asked them what ****ing country they were from ( they were ME), they said China. I said bullshit, Chines people are smart and you're a dumbass, although I'm sure your dick is probably the same size.

Then he said he was the son of Osama Bin Laden, I said you mean that Mother ****er laying in the bottom of the Ocean. Then I started singing to him " There's a log in the bottom of the sea, there's a hole in the head of the log in the bottom of the sea."

He said we're coming for you . I said bring it mother ****er ! He finally hung up.

I had him on the phone for about 1 hour. The first 45 minutes he was trying to get my log in ID and password and I kept reading him some bullshit number, told him I'd just have to go get my glasses finally. Hold on. I waited 5 minutes then got back on and said , Oh , I see my number clearly now , it says **** YOU !

I don't remember the last time I answered a call from a number I didn't recognize. The only time I would is if I was expecting a call at a certain time.

They actually did this to my mom whose 85 and got her to scan a check to them for $1100. We got a stop payment done just in time.

I did something similar to a "tech support" guy trying to get my Windows login a few years back.

I had him on the phone for about an hour and pretending that I was as computer illiterate as maybe they want to believe. I pretended to get in a fight with my wife and started fake crying about how my job sucks, my life is a wreck, and how I haven't had sex in months. Tech support guy had nothing to say except "sorry" and was insistent on getting that Windows login.

Eventually I gave him some fake bullshit about warnings and how I kept getting errors. Finally, I got bored and told him to **** off. In his Indian accent, he told me I was a poor actor.

Never got a call back from any "tech support" since, so I wholeheartedly agree that you should waste their time. I only wish I could do the same with these assholes cold-calling my cell phone about car warranties.

I don't have a landline anymore so if I get a call from some scam artist on my cell, I'm generally very short with them. I just say not interested, if they keep going I just tell them to **** off, hang up and block their number. The guys I mess with once in awhile if I'm in the mood are Craigslist scammers that are trying to pull some kind of bullshit with a text when I'm selling something.

I was getting phone calls from "Microsoft Windows" for a while. Probably around ten calls over a six week period. I had a lot of fun with them. They always ended up pissed off and cussing at me while I laughed.
