cadmonkey just about has it.

DV and his players will have a group hug where DV will cry and tell them it wasn't their fault, that they should blame injuries, officials, etc. Then he'll come back next year and we get more of the same.

I'm hoping he retires and the sooner the better but I'm not making book on it.
