Following an altercation with rookie cornerback Kyle Fuller at Monday's practice, Bennett has been fined and suspended for an indeterminate time period, the Bears announced on Twitter.


My take is the video didn't look that bad,let the boys be boys. Oh and I do agree with Billick's take as well but I think in this instance the time and fine does not fit the so called crime.

Fuller did nothing wrong from what I see there. He didn't grab the face mask or anything. Bennett got man handled and it hurt his vagina so he lost his cool.

Seemed like minor scuffle. Not such a big deal..

I'm guessing, by the way Fuller didn't really tackle him but try and rip the ball out, that it wasn't supposed to be a full contact drill. Maybe Bennett felt he shouldn't have hit the ground and got mad..
