Never totally understand why Kelly wanted Barkley in the first place? Doesn't seem like a good fit for the system. I would bet it is Vick but Foles will likely see action throughout the season.

Which is damned near irrelevant when you are drafted behind a legit starting QB compared to others who were drafted and are competing against bums.

what does being the most ready of your draft peers have to do with veteran NFL QBs?

If the best, "NFL Ready" QB is a fourth rounder, the draft class sucks. And yet, if the Chiefs had chosen a fourth rounder at 1.1, a certain, stupid, fragmented bunch of dumb****s that post on Chiefsplanets would have wet themselves in delight. That is, until they saw him play on the field. |

i asked a very simple question assuming Barkley was the 'most ready' in relation to his draft peers (i didn't say it, Laz did)...what does that have to do with unseating Micheal Vick? answer: nothing they are clearly separate issues...but Laz, blinded by butt hurt, conflated them... it is hilarious how just get angrier and angrier the more people point how wrong you are about well, pretty much everything

Number two, you're exactly the type of person I was describing: The kind of dumb**** that says "Well, at least they tried!", which is the dumbest ****ing reason of all-time to draft any position, let alone QB. Number three, go **** yourself. |

I'd rather have Barkley with Branden Albert as my LT for the next several seasons than Eric Fisher and a pissed off Branden Albert, who plays for a different team in 2014

I cannot, for the life of me, why everyone around here is obsessed with a 28 year old average left tackle that plays for a shit team. The guy has never been under any pressure to win, his technique is awful and history proves the declining play of offensive tackles over the age of 30. I believe is was a major mistake to draft Fisher and keep Albert, even if it's only for a year. And at this point in time, Chad Pennington's arm is stronger than Barkley's. |
