Yes, it's derivative of. "Continuum", "Chuck", "Unforgettable", and "Almost Human". Still, it's interesting enough of a premise (a human with direct access to all electronic communications and networks). Holloway and Helgenberger are old pros, the chick sidekick is a hottie ass-kicker, they already have a backstory and subplot (the missing traitorous wife) and potential adversary (Chinese chick with next-gen chip which I bet will be buggy, limiting her abilities and/or making her schizo-psychotic). Just like "Almost Human" and "Shield", I'll watch it because a) it's passably entertaining and b) at least it's not another ****ing reality show.

I think giving it two more eps is fair (mostly because I like Holloway...)

Spader and Blacklist will kill the show. No idea why the network put it in that slot.

I liked it okay, but I'll have to watch it ondemand. It's up against not only The Blacklist, but Castle, which I've watched for years. Not to mention Archer, which starts again Monday (but replays later in the night).
