Cano says KC fans yelled at his family
Oh boy....here we go....
Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano said he will have “no hard feelings” toward the Kansas City fans who booed him over the past two days but said they “(crossed) the line” when his family was yelled at while using a restroom at Kauffman Stadium. “The only thing I didn’t like was the way they treated my family when they went to the restroom,” Cano said after exiting Tuesday’s All-Star Game. “Hopefully it stops here and (doesn’t) go forward.” When asked to elaborate on what occurred, Cano said, “They were yelling stuff to my family, which I don’t see (as) the right thing. This is a game. We’re All-Stars. If I get booed, I don’t really care. But stuff with your family, that’s crossing the line.” Fans booed Cano before and during Monday’s All-Star Home Run Derby and again during Tuesday’s game. They were upset that Cano didn’t pick Royals All-Star Billy Butler for the American League derby team, after initially telling ESPN that choosing a Kansas City representative would be the right thing to do. “Everywhere we go, we get booed,” Cano said, in reference to the jeers the Yankees frequently hear in road stadiums. “I understand the fans want to see their hometown kid, but it’s no hard feelings.” http://msn.foxsports.com/mlb/story/n...-family-071012 |

How would anyone know what his family looked like? Were they wearing Cano jerseys? If so, that was pretty damn stupid.

Pro tip > if you see a bunch of people congregated together wearing the exact same jersey, it's usually that persons family.

This is the biggest bs article to garner sympathy. More then likely they had yank gear on and got booed. Article even said nothing severe was done, just booing. Keep deflecting that you are a welcher. |

Yea, notice it was written by the same guy who called out Royals fans for the HR derby booing.

Did anybody see the pack of about 25 people wearing Fred Jackson jerseys at the Chiefs-Bills game last year? We were booing them as we saw them coming by, then we noticed every single one of them was black and wearing a Fred Jackson jersey, and felt kinda bad for booing them.
