Thursday Night NFL - Broncos @ Cardinals

Getting close to gametime, figured we needed a thread

It may not seem like a great matchup on paper, but I'm genuinely looking forward to it... wanna see whats up with the Cardinals and try to figure out why they're so bad, also wanna see how all of the pressure is affecting our friends over in Donkeyland

Oh God please grant me an upset tonight...

7 pm on FOX

The Cards might be the worst coached NFL team, ever.

2nd play of the game is a scripted play and they can't get the players lined up and have to burn a timeout?

It was like watching David Carr with the Texans, only somehow worse.

Maybe the Cards should exit the NFL until they actually have a team. Maybe they can start a new league with the Giants and the two of them can play each other every week. Maybe after they get a lot better they can come back ... or not.

Maybe it's just a phase. (What the hell happened to Sam Bradford, anyhow? He can still spit huge loogers on the sideline, so he can't be hurt too bad.)

Maybe we should view this as a kind of morality tale or object lesson on how lucky the Chiefs are to have Wally and a good rookie QB. Maybe we should never watch the Cards again for about 3 years ... or more. Maybe the NFL doesn't understand the meaning of the word, "parity".

Too many questions, too few good games.

Browns aren't a trap game. Mahomes is going to be hella motivated for his first NFL showdown against Mayfield.

The NFL rematch of the ol' OU vs Tech offensive shootouts.

If you count pick sixes, his offense scored a negative four points last night. That's not going to win many games.

What's important to remember here guys is that Andy Reid is a terrible head coach, can't call plays and the Chiefs would be better looking for one of these fresh, unproven types.

For sure. Because that's a really smart football take. Yup.

Cardinals and Saints were the 2 known teams that wanted Mahomes and would have taken him if we didnít trade up.

Can you imagine if Pat played for that shit team in Arizona last night? He would be nowhere near what he is here.

Heíd Also be sitting the bench for at least 2 more years in New Orleans. Maybe 3 the way things are looking.
