this season, I don't expect much. right now I'm pretty pleased honestly. We haven't seen such a roster with minimal talent as this one, since ever. I wish Self could have planned it out a little better but I can't get mad at him.

Why does everybody keep saying this? This is not an untalented team. TROB & EJ 5 star recruits, Withey might have even been a 5 star. All 3 were top 25 recruits. Worst recruit was Taylor at like #77. They are talented, just not deep.

Call it arrogance, but when you're a powerhouse program in a respected sport, the school, coaches, alumni, boosters, sponsors, fans all expect you to win and to keep on winning, be serious contenders for a national title every season, and maintain a strong hold on the top best recruits in the nation, which by the way recently Self has been lacking in that dept.

There are a few things that are going to kill Kansas this season:

1. Lack of depth (obviously)
2. turnovers/being careless with the ball
3. No real consistent outside 3pt threat.
4. Conner Teahen "attempting" to play defense/guarding people on the perimeter
5. Tim Tebow not sitting on the bench, motivating players w/ prayer.
