Greatest TV Scenes?
The "Fly" debate in the Breaking Bad thread made me think about this. We discussed other great TV shows tangentially, but I've never seen a thread in the MC that looked at individual scenes in television shows. We've done films, naturally, but never the tube.

I'd like to offer this candidate up as an example. It probably won't resonate with people who didn't/haven't seen Numb3rs, but the amalgamation of Krumholtz's narration, Morrow's somber, measured response, and Buck's desperate, suicidal intensity with an Arvo Part musical overlay makes this a goosebumps scene for me:

Honestly, Two Cathedrals may be the best hour of television ever made. Everything about that episode is just nails.

And my favorite Mad Men Moment is the end of "Shut the Door, Have a Seat" when they concoct the plan and fire themselves. I can't find it on youtube, but Most of you know what I'm talking about.

Total schmaltzy romantic bs but the Newsroom scene from the end of last season with maggie yelling at the Sex in the City bus, and then Jim's on it, was one of my favorite scenes in recent years. Even after they ran it into the ground early this season.
