I was really high on Sherman as a FB prospect, so he's definitely my choice. He will be a good hammer to get Charles his yards on the ground, and he can be useful as a dump-off option for the QB. I'd be surprised if he isn't the starter.

I love a good full back to can take a single guy out of the play with a perfect blocketc.

that said, I'm not sure how much benefit there would be in today's NFL? Or, few and far between. Unless, along with our OL, they plan on beating people up on first down, and 3rd and3+ etc.

I think that Dontari Poe should be our fullback. It's only for short yardage...Pound Poe like Ditka did with the Frig. There is no other purpose for a fullback anymore. Use the roster spot for the best person in the nation able to block kicks.
