No shit. We don't know all the details I guess, but I would think their mail would not normally be hand delivered. At least just deny knowing what the **** it is if it is unopened. Anybody really could do that to someone and tip off the authorities.

That is for sure. Federal mail charges, intent to distribute, etc. Sometimes they will lay it on thick to make something fairly serious stick.

He will get a fine and maybe probation. Feds typically won't even look at anything under 5-10 pounds (and that depends on the region).

Also, for anyone who insists on mailing illegal stuff. ALWAYS USE FEDEX OR UPS. No federal mail charges that way.

That's not much. Wouldn't make sense to only send small quantities through the mail. sending it through the mail is stupid though. They figure shit out if u receive them regilarly. My old roommate got caught doin the same thing. He was a total douche tho so it was awesome.
