Its a synthetic drug that resembles bath salts in appearance. It might've been sold as such as well although I don't think they really needed to bother with that. They'd put on the label not for consumption and/or label it other ways to be able to sell it legally and not have to have it pass the FDA.

Its like that shitty synthetic cannabis (in where you'd expect to find it and the type of people that would take it). You could find it in certain gas stations and places like that (and online).

This confuses me. Is the packaging comment about regular bath salts or face-eating bath salts? If it's regular bath salts it's irrelevant, and if it's face-eating bath salts I'm impressed that they have standardized packaging and worry about FDA approval.
