A lot of people think you need a $10-$15 bottle of Bloody Mary mix for it to be good, a common mistake by the new drinkers. Many Bloody Mary drinkers like lime, I left it out because I don't care for it. I feel like it over powers all the other ingredients.

You can try another lager I'd say. Budweiser is, dare I say, a bold enough beer to tweak the flavor of any recipe. Be it a drink or even add it to your chicken or turkey to baste in. I always like to add a can of Budweiser. Except for chili. I'll add a can of dark beer and a cup of coffee in my chili.

Paloma cocktail

2 oz tequila blanco (silver)
Juice of half a lime
3 oz grapefruit juice
3 oz soda
pinch salt
Lime wedge, for garnish

Combine tequila, lime juice and a pinch of salt in a highball or Collins glass. Add ice and top with grapefruit and soda. Stir gently, then serve with a lime wedge garnish.

MAKES 1 COCKTAIL

(If you're pressed for time, just te-kill-ya and a double shot of grapefruit juice works, too)

I use the Spicy V8 and everything you mentioned plus some horseradish. I like 'em spicy as hell!

I went to Hungry Hunter here and they made them with horseradish. You wanna talk about over powering. Maybe they added way too much. It was pretty bad. I love horseradish especially on red meats. This, however, was awful.


V8 is a little to thick for me. Equal parts of V8 spicy and clamato spicy is also very good.

I might give this a try. I concoct all sorts of drinks for Ms. Lumpy. She was partial to my whiskey-sours or a while. Unfortuantely, it seems as though I've developed an ulcer in my esophagus or upper stomache. I can't eat much, drinking super sour or spicy drinks are bad too.
I busted ass on that dinner tonight and could only eat a little.

I've been on Perc and Vic over the last few weeks and I dumped them a few days ago for beer and liquor.

No pain over the past few days... WOOT!! Eh, until today when I saw the hospital bill.
