That's the problem, IMO... it's one thing to be someone off the bench, just fighting for minutes and doing whatever it takes despite your shortcomings. Yeah, there can be a fine line sometimes between trying to sell a legit call and flopping, then there's Smart.

It's exactly the same principle. Exaggerating contact to draw fouls and get the refs to make a call your way. The only difference is in the degree.

Not at all. I have no real issue with what Smart does and consider it to be part of the game. It's really no different than what guys like Durant, LeBron, Harden, and Chalmers (among many others) do in the NBA.

It's all about exaggerating different levels of contact for a benefit. Until that benefit goes away, I have no problem with anybody at either level of basketball taking advantage of it.
