Very few non-bronco fans can tolerate him. he creates inane threads that are homeristic in nature (his avatar is very apropos), and nobody loves him (not even his own mother)

Ehh. Spencer Larsen went to the Patriots in FA and the only FB the Donks have on the roster is a practice squad guy named Austin Sylvester. I was actually thinking that Denver wouldn't even have a FB this year and would just line up a TE back there if need be.

Cassius Vaughn probably wouldn't have made the team. The Donks are pretty stacked at corner right now.

It just donned on me how good the Donks offense is going to be this year.

The Donks were already the #1 rushing team in the league last year and then they added Peyton Manning to help with the #32 passing game in the league.

Just picture having to defend this on early downs.

QB: Peyton Manning
WR's: Delirium Tremmens/Eric Decker
TE's: Joel Dreessen/Jacob Tamme
RB: Willis McGahee

The Donks can gash you with the run and kill you with the pass with those guys on the field. DT and Decker are the best run blocking WR's in the league, Dreessen is one of the more underrated dual threat TE's in the league, and Tamme is a young Dallas Clark. That group right there will be one of the more difficult groups in the league to defend. ESPECIALLY when the Donks are going to be running a no huddle attack IN ALTITUDE and can spell McGahee with guys like Knowshon Moreno and Ronnie Hillman. Opposing defenses will be throwing up the white flag midway through the second quarter.

Then on third down the Donks can bring in Julius Thomas, Brandon Stokely, and Knowshon/Hillman. If DT and Decker stay healthy the Donks have a Super Bowl caliber offense.

When you pair that offense with a defense who was built to play with a lead you got a scary good team. The Donks added Jack Del Rio (who had the #1 ranked D the last time he was DC for Fox), Derick Wolfe (the best pass rushing DT in the draft), Tracy Porter, Drayton Florence, Justin Bannan (a top 10 run stopping 4-3 DT according to PFF), Omar Bolden (who would have been a 1st or 2nd round pick if he didn't hurt his knee), and Mike Adams.

The Donks already had the 6th ranked 3rd down defense in the league last year and will only be better. Watch out for the Donks, it's getting serious, folks.

You need to flush the toliet on any offensive numbers the Donks had last year because they have nothing to do with this year with the changes being made, but you already know this. The Donks are like a big box of chocolates.

I fully expect the Donks to be a top 5-10 running team in the NFL this year. When you can have that kind of a running game plus a franchise QB your team is going to be damn good.
