I'd have to watch that scene again to be sure but as I recall it when Uncle Jack is telling Walt that he needs to know that they're "cool" it means he needs to know Walt is accepting the situation for what it is and won't go do something stupid and emotional. Has nothing to do with Uncle Jack's ego needing to be respected.

After reading all of the confusion about the Ricin in the sugar packet I now wish that Walt would have just shoved a shotgun in her box and pulled the trigger.


Even if that happened there would still be confused viewers.

Jack was ready to kill Jesse before he began cooking because of the confession tape. Being a rat is the most egregious of sins for Jack, so Walt accusing him of working with Jesse is likely to garner that reaction.

I missed where it showed there only being 1 ricin packet. I guess my head was turned away or i was on the computer doing something. i dunno but i missed it.

Walt knows Lydia goes to that restaurant to order tea or whatever the **** it is she drinks. He knows where she sits and he knows she always asks for the sugar. So he beats her there and takes one of those sugar packets and i guess opens it carefully or pokes a hole at the top of it and somehow funnels that ricin in there and places it there where she's going to sit. Yes this part still bothers me. Just my preference I wish it would have showed how he did that...i mean they did the same for the machine gun mow down from the trunk of the car. At least earlier in the episode it shows him building the mechanism that allowed Walt to remote detonate that machine gun.

But that's just nitpicking...loved the ending...better than most shows endings I suppose. I really enjoyed the season and will def buy the box set as I've done with Deadwood, Sopranos, The Wire, and Arrested Developement. Can watch these shows anytime over and over and over again. Probably will get into game of thrones or boardwalk empire here soon.

I don't think he would've done it while sitting in the diner. I imagine he came into the diner with a packet of stevia already loaded with ricin.
