Off Season Lets Talk Guns
Been a while since we had a guns n' ammo discussion.


Some of you are AR shooters Im sure. Im looking at a Colt 6920. Will be my first AR. Picked up a Glock this fall and really enjoy shooting it. Any feedback on that weapon?



Anyone else been in a buy/sell/trade mood with hardware?

100 yards. Sadly, I haven't been to a longer range since I got it dialed in. And with the crazy ammo shortages, I don't know when I'll shoot it again.

Yeah, only $100. Better than nothing. We only get $150 in uniform allowance though. It's the second lowest amount in Oklahoma.

For you guys who know about scopes, what's the word on Sightron? I'm thinking about this scope for my .17 Hornet rifle:

I have never owned one, but Sightrons are highly regarded.

Depending on application, 17 hmr is a caliber I would prefer high magnification on. Those holes are difficult to see.

I can't find pricing on this scope either. So even if it's a good scope, how much is it? It looks to me like Sightron is kind of like Henry Rifles, that is, you have to know a dealer in order to get one.
