We did this the other night at the bar, sat around and named movie titles that sounded either obviously like a trip to the bathroom (splash) to the indirect (waterworld, which works on two levels because the movie tanked hard...) and the like.

So without further ado, and with almost zero anticipation, here's a new twist to the poop thread.
