When you have a real balla-ass GM...

Your fans pay tribute like this:

http://www.ninersnation.com/2013/5/2...ke-draft-ninja

Quote:
As the draft moved along, we had a bit of a running joke about Baalke as a "Draft Ninja". He was wheeling and dealing, moving up and down, and aggressively pursuing the players he wanted. In light of the draft ninja phrase, I figured it was time to get something photoshopped. The photo on the front page does not show the entire thing, so here it is. I'm tempted to make this the Niners Nation twitter avatar.

Shut up you little whiny bitches. The only reason I'm so pissed off around here is because the Chiefs ARE my team.

I'll go ahead and end the 'wait and see' mode for you...

Kaep is a stud and a legit franchise QB. Top 5.

Who's more whiny, the whiner or the whiner that whines about the whiner?

Russell Wilson and Colin Kaepernick are the next big thing in the NFL. I'd take both of them over my distant 3rd place guy, Andrew Luck.

Also wouldn't surprise me for Baltimore to miss the playoffs.
I think that Indy hiring Luck's college OC is going to provide significant benefits. JMO though

The Chiefs went 7-9 with Kyle Orton as QB and without Jamaal Charles. I certainly think they can match that. I think they go 9-7 or 10-6. But no, they won't be any threat in the playoffs with Alex Smith at QB.

I see us splitting with Oakland and SD. Jacksonville, Philly, Tennessee, Cleveland, Buffalo are all toss ups. I went entirely pessimistic.

We can beat Jacksonville, Philly, and Cleveland (even if Cleveland is better than they look). Houston and Indy are absolute winnable games and two teams who should come back down to earth after their cakewalk schedule last year. Washington and Dallas are beatable.

If Sutton gets our defense to at least 2011 level, this team could break .500. We face some good competition, but not a lot of elite competition.

This schedule, on paper, is every bit as easy as 2010.

I can see a lot of play action passing utilizing crossing routes and shorter timing routes to help Alex Smith. Charles will keep the LB's honest so they can't drop too deep into coverage.

The X-factor is going to be the TE play this year. I think they are going to play a big role and heavily influence Smith's overall success in this offensive system.

I'm not sure how Charles is going to be reading blocks from a FB after operating out of a single back set so often but I am hopeful that the blocking schemes will spring Charles and lead to more 10+ yard runs.

If Fisher and the new TE we drafted are as nasty as some on here claim then I am excited to watch our offense finally start to push other teams around. It gets old watching the other team in the backfield all the time.

And that's the scary thing. It's likely to post postpone needed change at the QB position just like Cassell backing ass into the 2010 playoffs did.
