Anyone here ever eat souse loaf and live?
Im talking a big fat piled high sandwich of souse. I have seen it in meat deli but I have never known anyone that actually ate some. Whats it like I know some here seem the souse type.

It kinda tastes like peppered pickled pigs feet..

Does not strike me as having alot of fat in it but it does seem to have all the chewy parts of the pig, cartilage, ears etc.

It tastes best cold and sliced from the fridge

If you have ever eaten any of the products below, I am sure you ate worse than Souse

I've never heard of it, but I'm pretty sure I've eaten worse stuff. I've had turkey testicles, jelly fish, etc. I'm not really a picky eater.
