Oh, on a moral argument position? Well, I find it really silly to have a position of "this man maybe cheated a riding a bicycle faster than other people who maybe cheated too, so that morally invalidates the $500 million that has been raised for cancer research."

Is the integrity of some people riding bicycles worth spoiling if it means significant benefits towards medical research? I'd say yes.

That's fair enough, I guess. Modern soccer has a lot of problems, from match fixing to general douchebaggery. I respect Sporting Kansas City for their naming rights deal - but I'd also expect any club to not associate themselves with known drug cheats.

I know a lot of people take a "que sera sera" to this. You say some people riding bicycles, but without that Armstrong is just some other guy that survived cancer. And now he's just some guy that cheated his way to fame. More power to what he's done for cancer, but it should not be awarded with naming rights. There are plenty of quality charities out there that do great work.

The stadium is called LIVESTRONG Sporting Park. Not ARMSTRONG Sporting Park. Livestrong is something bigger and beyond any one person including Lance Armstrong. Kudos to Sporting for not quitting on the fight against cancer and supporting the foundation. Remember, Sporting is PAYING LIVESTRONG for the rights to use the name. We didn't get paid like most other naming rights deals.

If Livestrong is shown to be a dishonest organization then I say we remove the name but channel that money into another cancer organization. I know there has been some questions into the lack of money which is actually devoted to research from the Livestrong foundation. This concerns me but I want to know more before I pull the plug. I think LAs other supporters see the benefit of supporting the cause but not so much the person so SKC is not alone in their standing by the organization.

I don't know. The worst time we had at an SKC game was sitting on the North West corner. The seats were fine but no one in the section yelled or sang or stood to scream. They just sat there like they were at fuggin Wimbledon. They are usually the last to get involved in the chants, clapping, or standing but the first to try to start the wave. I don't like the West side and will do SRO before I sit on the West side.

I'm a member of the South Stand SC because my husband likes to 'just watch' the games and so we'd sit over on that side even though I am Cauldron to the core. He paid for the tickets afterall.. My son, a drummer, initially did not care where we sat as long he was AT LSP. That lasted only a few games when he became really off put by the 'distracting' drums and and chants which were different from the Cauldron and caused the people in the middle (where we've also sat numerous times) to sit there unsure what they should be doing or who they should follow. We moved to Cauldron and now my son and I are happy campers. The Cauldron is a thoroughly interactive experience. I understand how it can put off some people as we have a house divided on where to sit. I just don't have the same enjoyment of the game in other sections EVEN IF THE VIEW IS BETTER. I buy the tickets now and if he isn't in the mood for the Cauldron then we take someone new who usually loves it there.

Teal Bunbury tore his ACL last night. This is badbadbad.

SKC already needed another goal-scoring threat to patch up the team's one weakness. Now they HAVE to find a goal-scorer or their chances of getting another trophy this season look pretty bleak.

I suppose Saad could step up (and Sapong has to turn on beast mode), but that seems unlikely.
