I'm not making any claim. I've never once said he's better than Michael Jordan. I'm telling you what he's on pace to be. Anybody who has watched this series knows the Spurs leading 3-2 as little to do with LeBron "choking." LeBron has been the best player in the series by far.

But for all the claims he wants to make about himself, he hasn't shown it on the biggest stage consistently.
Not sure what you're making reference to at all, but again, LeBron is one of the best playoff performers of all time. In the last 50 years, in fact, only one player has contributed more on average in postseason games than him. The guy does literally everything for his teams.

Kobe clutch is laughable. Kobe is the most overrated superstar ever.

Sure.
It's comical.

If a guy like Dirk can go off for 40 point games LeBron should be able to do it.

I don't necessarily think they were "clutch", I'm not really sure there is such thing as "clutch" anymore. They were always good, in good times and in tough end of game times.

Kobe was the 2nd best player on his team in arguably every Finals.

I'll argue to the death that Gasol was the MVP of both of those Finals wins...the 2nd one being because Ray Allen played the worst game I ever saw...

and Ron Artest nailed a clutch 3...while Kobe went 6-24

Kobe is the most overrated player I've ever watched. He's a top 15 of all-time player, sure. I'll give him that.

But he's not in MJ's league (clearly)...and LeBron is most definitely already a more accomplished basketball player for his career than Kobe.

I'd love to hear it.

I've been waiting for years from the Kobe fans on this site...

and guess what?

I'm still waiting.

Lebron hasn't been the best player so far, at times, yeah he has been. The whole series? No.

Lebron isn't Jordan, no.

The fact that he's scored/rebounded/facilitated like he has in the 4th quarter of losses, says otherwise.

he had a bad 4th quarter in a blowout game

yep, I saw it

we all saw it

Jordan didn't play defense in game 6 of the 98 Finals so he could conserve energy on offense

LeBron doesn't get that luxury.

and again...what is it with you and points?

If LeBron wanted to score 40 a game and jack up Kobe shots...I'm pretty sure he could do it. He's a good basketball player, not a selfish one.

lol, yeah ok!

Kobe had a bad game but played D on Rondo and still had what 13 rebounds and like 5-6 assists that game!

Them were the last years of Kobe playing good D.

Again, you can take Lebron and thats fine. Ill Take Kobe and have no problems with that at all! Can keep that past first bullshit.

I have no idea how Kobe manages to get himself into these kinds of useless discussions every time. He's nowhere close to the caliber of player of Michael Jordan or LeBron James.

LeBron is basically Dan Marino/John Elway (before 97) at this point.

Doubt he ever gets to Montana status.

It's not a coincidence that Hootie likes both LeBron and Peyton Manning. They both choke in critical moments.
