Going to Seattle for the 1st time in a few months. What do you recommend I check out?
Heading out there for the first time (as an adult) in early March. Certainly have the EMP Museum on my list and will do the Pike's Market thing I imagine. Will be staying at the Marriott Waterfront so it helps to be in that area.

Any things I can't miss? Especially curious about restaurant recommendations.

They have really good Thai food. IIRC, we went to Phuket near the Space Needle, Thai House, and Phnom Penh Noodle House, and they were all very good. I watched football at a place called Sport on the south side of the Needle... they have some good microbrews. There's also the 5 Point Cafe just south of the Needle... they have a 6am happy hour. If Flopnuts shows up, he'll tell you to go to Dick's.

EMP and the Science Center are cool. We hiked up a mountain in Olympic National Park and I learned just how much my cardio sucks.

I was wandering around one day and someone asked me if I needed a place to smoke crack, so it's a very tourist friendly town when it comes to finding things you wouldn't necessarily find on Google maps.
