How old is your car?

Cars have become extremely reliable over the past 20 years. In 1996 the avg car in the road was 3 years old. In 2006 it was 10 and now it's 12.

How old is yours?

That's not the exact one.

But he paid $500 for the thing. And the funny part was....was that before he moved to Wyoming....the state of California gave him $1000 to trash it.
I joke with my wife all the time that if i were to ever strike it rich i'd want to buy a car like that, throw some walmart hub caps on it and a wooden spoiler...but then dress to the 9's, all dappered out just to **** with people.

or, gut it, reduce as much weight as possible, then pay someone like Detoxing to figure out a way to put a motor from a Kawasaki ZX-14 in it.

I used to keep them only around 5 years prior to retiring, as I would get bored and want a new one. Never more than 65k miles on any of them.

Now, I plan on having the current three when I die as my wife quit driving.

The 2003 Ram has 57k, the 07 Nitro 88k and the 09 Challenger 48k.

We use the Nitro a lot, so it may get replaced but I am in no hurry.

I'm more amazed that in 1996 the average car was only 3 years old. I still see tons of cars today that are 1993 m.y. or older.

You must have to replace the shocks at least once a year.
