I haven't really seen anybody try to defend it other than to say it was a few meatheads rather than the whole crowd. But seriously, it's not like he was Theismaned or motionless out there. There, now I just defended it a little. Who even knows what anybody was cheering since there were 4 positives to cheer on that play inside a 60 second window and one negative. It's just an unfortunate situation that was exacerbated by one nitwit's comments postgame.
