Seems like there would be a criminal conspiracy to commit fraud here. Surely the Bronco's opponents would have suffered material damage had the conspiracy to avoid getting caught using banned drugs not been uncovered. And only 2 games added to his suspension is not justice for the crime committed, IMO.
