24 discussion thread (spoilers, obviously)
24 is back tonight at 7:00 CST. Anybody watch this?

I got into it at the start of last season. I don't really watch any TV except sports, but it hooked me. Tune in if you have nothing better to do... it roxxors.

Sorry, here's a recap.

The VP has convinced/strong-armed Lennox into backing his lie about the reformed terrorist planting the bomb. VP wants to nuke the Arabs.

Charles visited Martha and convinced her to call the Russian first lady, and convince the Russian prez to tell the consulate asshole to surrender. While waiting for the call to go through, Martha stabbed Charles in the shoulder for old times sake. Charles started bleeding like a stuck pig, later flat-lined in the ambulance at the end of the show. Afterwards, a oddly serene Martha called the Russian first lady, and everything fell into place. The Russian prez called the consulate asshole and told him to surrender and hand over Jack. Consulate asshole basically told prez to eat a dick. And then Rick Schroeder (new CTU hardass of the day) stormed the consulate, killing the asshole and freeing Jack, who was hiding in the basement.

But before dieing, the Russian asshole contacted the general and told him to expedite launching the nukes. In the previews for next week, at least one of them is flying.

tick tock tick tock....

Great episode. Martha stabbing Charles was the best moment I've seen in the show so far. I actually laughed out loud - is that wrong?

I was thrilled to see Aaron back but I am sure he is only on for 2 eps max.

I knew that guy who went to get the phone for Bauer was screwed. People who he has to use by necessity of the situation always get hurt. If you see him you ought to run off in the other freaking direction as fast as you can.
