alrighty - i hope you're correct.

Hamstring injuries are some of the worst, IMO. They don't seem serious but they're bad enough to keep a player out/functioning at 70% at best and they last for what seems like forever. Hopefully it's just precautionary and has to do with slight tightness or something.

That makes me feel better in a way I guess. I still think we should be conservative with him returning kicks, especially considering where we stand.

Not even Chad Ochocinco got it as bad as Travis Kelce is getting it from the refs. It's pure dumb ****ing bullshit.

**** the refs. **** the NFL. And **** you. Kelce rules. You ****ing suck.

The refs suck, but taunting them is a bad idea. It may not have hurt us yet, but there will come a time when a 15 yard penalty costs us a game. Maybe even in the playoffs.

Two wrongs really don't make a right. He needs to suck it up and act like an adult, even if the refs are wrong.

Did we hire a medical team based on their ability to conduct rehabs and just forget that maybe avoiding an injury altogether is a better option?

A post I made from another thread that sums up my feelings pretty well: http://www.chiefsplanet.com/BB/showp...0&postcount=22

Trash talk is a part of the game. It always has been. At this point Kelce isn't even allowed to ****ing trash talk if there's a ref within earshot of him.

Why the **** is Kelce getting called all the time for taunting, yet Philip Rivers does it in plain view of just about every person on the goddamn planet at least a dozen times a game, and he NEVER gets called for taunting? He's FAR more egregious of an instigator than Kelce. Why isn't he getting these unsportsmanlike calls shoved up his ass once every two games?

Answer: Kelce gifs are on the internet of him making a lewd gesture, and in the other famous one, millions of NFL fans are pointing and laughing at the bitch ass ref who got called out by Kelce. Goodell thinks extra emphasis on taunting in officiating is good for the shield or some shit like that, and he wants all of the people who hurt his precious shield in the past to pay for their crimes. Big time.

I'll let Andy Reid handle Kelce cutting down on the unnecessary penalties. That's not my job. In the meantime, I'm just going to accept that you take those penalties with Kelce. It's a part of who he is. When he balls the **** out as often as he does, the penalties are a VERRRRY small price to pay.

In summary: Everybody needs to lighten the **** up. You, penisbrook, and especially the goddamn NFL.

What if he doesn't? What the **** are you going to do? Hate Kelce? That's what penbrook decided to do. And that's idiotic.

15 yards is not a big ****ing deal. NFL officiating treats 15 yards like it's nothing. Like I said in the linked post-- just think about defensive pass interference. The ticky tack shit that gets called dozens of times per week in games across the league. First down at the point of contact.

If that's how the NFL does it, then yeah, I hope Kelce doesn't commit the penalty. If he does? He's still our best receiving threat and the best TE in the NFL.

I never said I hated Kelce. I said I hate that he gets a penalty at least once a game for stupid shit. Imagine if it was during the playoffs and somebody did something like that. I remember the steers Bengals playoff game a few years ago when Adam Jones and Burfict both had unsportsmanlike penalties with 15 secs left and Steelers kicked the game winning FG. I love Kelces energy but him arguing with the refs and taunting players should be a no go

When Kelce's antics cost us a playoff game, give me a call.

Was it the Patriots game where he tweak his hamstring. Man I canít wait for the bye week so chiefs players can rest.

The thing that pizzes me off is that the Texans were bumping and getting in Kelce's grill after almost every play and the refs looked like they had their hand on the flag if TK said anything back. It was obvious to me that the Texans were trying real hard to bait TK into getting a stupid penalty and to his credit he didn't.
