Google manipulated from 2.6 million to 16 million votes for Hillary Clinton in 2016

This is silly. Then what's the point of equal time campaign laws? To ignore the enormous influence Google, and all social media has in our elections is foolish. I can understand if people want to say "this study is flawed," (because of course they're going to say that), But to pretend that Google has no influence is insanity.

Russia is more interested in fomenting political unrest in the USA than actually trying to tip an election one way or another. Google is more interested in tipping elections in the democrats favor.

There’s no way that’s naturally occurring.
Okay. I did just that. 4 ads about the bill of rights. 3 links to full document of consistution. Then I get my first political link, a video to a Trjmp supporter saying dont blame guns. Some more links to full document of consistution. Then a link to the NRA.

I didnt see any gun control links one the first few pages.

It's almost like conservatives are lying, again.

Yeah, because conservatives colluded to rig their primary. Conservatives made up a false narrative about Russians rigging the election, and conservatives literally make up poll numbers to suit their agenda...

Oh wait, it was the Democrats who did all that.

Nevermind.

Here are my results, in order-
Two links for definitions of the 2nd amendment, from americanmilitiaassociation.com and constitutingamerica.org.

Two links calling for gun control from the Brady campaign and something called “gunsdownamerica”.

3 links of definitions, including the Wikipedia page.

A link to a daily beast article entitled “how slave owners dictated the language of the 2nd amendment”.

3 more links of definitions followed by a guardian article calling for more gun control.

That’s the first 11 search results. 6 are definitions of the 2nd amendment, 5 are calls for increased gun control.

It’s almost like you cannot quit lying, no matter how many times you get your nose whacked.

If Google was trying to influence voters, they probably caused some people to vote differently than they otherwise would have. Same with the Russians. Maybe even enough to change the result. But we will never be able to figure out how many in either case so it’s not worthwhile to argue about who “really” won. Trump won the only election that mattered.

As if that were the only option for improving election security. Dumb take. Dumb talking point.
