Denver rookie QB John Elway, on Jack Lambert, after Lambert and the Steelers knocked Elway out of his first game as a pro (1983).

Its about a lawyer (played by Fassbender) who gets in over his head in the drug underworld.

Its based on the book (with the same name) by the guy that wrote No Country For Old Men and The ROad. In short, this movie will most likely kick so much ass

It's actually an original screenplay by Cormac McCarthy ("the guy that wrote No Country For Old Men and The ROad"). It's not based one of his books.

The screenplay is... well, it's Cormac McCarthey.

Nice, Brad Pitt in a sort of bad guy Rusty Ryan role.

Definitely looks dark where the heroes probably all die, or no heroes to begin with.

I could watch this.

Diaz tries to look attractive and seductive and there's something about her that immediately turns me off. She's an attractive woman - I'm not arguing that - there's just....something.

I feel that way about Renee Zellweger. For every time you see her and she looks good, there are three others when you wonder how many bees stung her in the face to get it that swollen.

Meh. Not sold by the trailer. Ridley Scott has been hit or miss, although I used to love his stuff. I also think that when you start to dig too deep into an authors work to find more books to make into movies, you start getting pretty diminishing returns.

Not as impressed as I expected to be with the people involved. That was really underwhelming.

Again, this wasn't a book. This is an original screenplay by Cormac McCarthy, not an adaptation.
