Im playing on a RP server with some dudes i know, but they are a bit ahead of me. Not sure im staying here though. We will see. I never played on a RP server before. If they get to RP'ed out, imma have to flee.

Never done an RP server. I don't think I could handle that and I've played D&D and other pencil and paper rolerplaying games in the past. It just seems like it would be too much work to keep it up and get anything done as far as grouping and all that.

Add to that the conflict of casual Star Wars fans and hardcore ones and it sounds like a real pain in the ass.

I've played on RP servers before and never really noticed anyone doing real RP. People seemed to be cooler than on most other servers, though. I think RP is secret code for "Douches, stay away."

If that's true, it might be worth a shot. I figured people would freak out everytime I say I need to log off or go grab a beer. If it mainly just keeps the Chuck Norris jokes and that kind of bullshit out, that's cool.
