Share your SB IV era memorabilia here

The big license plate is from 1970, obviously. Not sure of the date of the small one.

Not mine, but I thought this was really cool...

Local man plans to open special whiskey from Super Bowl IV victory if Chiefs win in Miami

CAMERON, Mo. – A Cameron man is hoping the Chiefs become Super Bowl champions so he can finally open a rare bottle of whiskey from the last time they won.

Mike Loyd hasn’t always been a Chiefs fan. It was his wife’s father, Milton, who first introduced him to football and the team.

“It started late ‘80s after I married my wife,” he said.

Watching the Chiefs on Sundays became somewhat of a ritual for Mike and Milton. That is up until Milton’s death five years ago.

“He was 76. His health was failing. He had a heart condition,” Mike explained.

Before Milton passed, he gave his son-in-law a limited-edition bottle of McCormick Straight Bourbon Whiskey. The Weston-based distillery made less than 1,000 of them to commemorate the Chiefs 1970 Super Bowl victory.

not true SB IV memorabilia but my Chiefs jersey is a Len Dawson throwback.

I've never bought another, it's THE ONE.

After the SB win, I may retire it for a Mahomes jersey.

I'm superstitious.

I have it too... somewhere in a box. I drove my Mom crazy listening to that record all the time when I was a kid.

Have both McCormick decanters. They made a KC Royals one that year also. Have the WOLFPACK license plate, and the Chiefs yearbook with the front cover cutout in a “1”.

I have a copy of the game film on VCR tape. No commentary. It even has the pre-game hot air balloon incident where it went bouncing through the stands. That reminds me, I need to copy it to a DVD or something.

SB IV patch that's sewn on my chiefs letterman's jacket. LIV patch will look sweet sewn directly under it.
