Do they make them last longer nowadays? Are they more or less permanent?

I wonder because I have an aunt who has had like 3 pair of plastic boobs. I don't know if she just can't decide on the size she likes or if there is a regular service interval.

If so, that's wrong. IIRC, 44% of women are B cups, not even C.
