Did Black Save Huard's Life?

Okay, what happened on that longer touchdown to Tony G.? That Ram dude came running in and then just inexplicably took a dive right before he would have nailed Damon, Lord of the Pass.

I only got to see one replay, but it looked to me like perhaps he stepped on Black's foot or perhaps tripped over his foot as he was running by. Can anyone confirm or deny?
